LOCAL SUPPLIERS
For local suppliers, we will only entertain manufacturers, importers and exclusive distributors of branded products related to the construction industry.
FOREIGN SUPPLIERS
For foreign suppliers, Lucrosus Marketing Corporation will only do business with owners and manufacturers of brand products related to the construction industry. OEM manufacturers are also entertained.
SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS
Lucrosus Marketing Corporation expects suppliers – both local and foreign – to have a high level of expertise and knowledge on the products offered. Aside from being able and capable of satisfying the volume requirements of the company, all suppliers are expected to provide assistance in marketing and technical support.
For foreign suppliers, prior to purchasing, a company representative will make a factory inspection tour. OEM manufacturers should also expect inspection during production of goods and prior to loading.
OTHER NOTES TO SUPPLIERS
Quality is determined by the raw materials used to produce construction tools. Equally important, and in some case, much more important than the raw materials is the workmanship. All products sold by Lucrosus Marketing Corporation must be manufactured to the highest level of workmanship possible.
